Requiem is an online poetry magazine. The poems published by Requiem will also appear in a yearly print anthology. By submitting to Requiem you give permission for your poems to be published in the online magazine as well as the anthology.

Please follow submission guidelines carefully. Submissions that do not follow these guidelines may not be used.

Only previously unpublished work will be considered for publication in Requiem. Simultaneous submissions are okay but please let us know immediately if your work is accepted somewhere else. Please include a Cover Letter with a 50-100 word bio and a JPEG headshot along with your submissions. The bio and Headshot will appear on the Requiem website.

New issues will come out on the 5th of the month. The deadline will be on the 1st of the month. Although submissions will be accepted year round, any submissions received after the deadline will be considered for the next issue. All deadlines also apply to cover art submissions as well.

Since this is for the cover of the magazine, the magazine name will be added to your work along with issue number. Once your work has been published, it can not be withdrawn.

All Cover Art submissions should be attached as JPEG files. Please send no more than 5-6 pieces per submission. The file name for each piece should be the name of the piece. (ex: BoatatNight.jpeg or Boat_at_Night.jpeg)
